Pip Arnold, Project Manager
- targeted GAT initiative to work with a group of identified schools in areas of high Māori and Pasifika populations
- continuing the development of the Planning and Identification Toolkit.

Micheal King
- managing the Regional Strategy Group work; establishing regional strategy groups (RSGs) for GAT in 12 regions, comprised of representatives from the schooling sector, the Ministry, PLD providers, private providers and other local organisations, including businesses.

- managing the ongoing development of the GATE website; refining existing elements; identifying gaps and developing a plan for 2011 for Ministry approval; developing a community of practice
- establishing and growing a sustainable, moderated, online community of practice for those involved in GATE, with a focus on supporting teachers and school leaders.

- contributing to development of the gifted website
